Very nice and comfortable apartment set on the very south of Istrian penninsula , in s small, but amous tourist destination - city of Medulin. This peacfull village is very gladly visited destinations of southern Istria, especially the ideal vacation spot for families. Thanks to its long coastline and beaches of different types of shallow sandy beach, or pebble beach on Marlera or neighboring Premantura. Plenty of attractions such as a family park, diving, surf club, tennis courts, bars and restaurants, beautiful promenade by the sea, while the famous ancient Pula is only 10 minutes away.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building with three floors, with own parking and private garden. The apartment has 62 m2 in total and approximately 25m2 terrace paved in the courtyard. The building is new (2011), while the architecture of the modern and pleasant style impair the surrounding countryside which is surrounded.

It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room from where there is access to the terrace in the courtyard where you can enjoy sunrises ,while in the afternoon here you will find shade and refreshment from the summer heat.

From the center of Medulin is only 5 minutes walk , the sea can be reached in 20 minutes pleasant walk through the streets of this fishing town or through the rural environment - by green meadows, the lane with growing figs, olives and blackberries and next to a small pond with ducks, geese and turtles that will welcomes you every time. It's just one of many walking and biking trails that made Medulin known and readily visited.

Also, only 5 minutes walking and you will come to the ranch with horses and if you love these cuddly animals, you can go to ride with professional guide through the paths and trails of unspoiled nature and discover Medulin and the environment is completely different perspective.

In the town there is a municipality, post office, church, doctor, dental clinic, a primary school, kindergartens, one larger supermarket and several smaller ones, hotels, two campsites, marina for small boats. All together makes Medulin gladly visited destination but also increasingly choosen place for a quiet family life or perfect vacation place.
